THE SPRINGS POLICIES
Please keep in mind that The Springs is not a bar. We do offer alcoholic drinks as a means of relaxation, not inebriation. We also adhere on the side of caution when it comes to the safety and concern of our guests and the association with hot water, therefore, we limit all alcoholic beverages to one drink an hour per guest. As a licensed establishment, we have zero tolerance for bringing in your own outside alcohol. If this occurs, you will be asked to leave. Please understand this as our staff serve you around the pool.
Groups - The Springs would like all our guests to feel pampered by the staff and let the warm mineral water relax and rejuvenate everyone. We cannot accommodate large parties at our facility without it interfering with other guests, therefore we limit all groups to 10 and under.
At this time, we will be obtaining credit card details on reservations for groups of 10. Please keep in mind that The Springs has a 24 hour cancellation policy on all group reservations. We do not charge your credit card at the time of booking. However, if we are not notified of any cancellations 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking, credit card charges will be incurred for the full price of the reservation. Due to the size of our facilities, there may be times where groups of 10 may have to buddy up on lockers.
Guests must be 18 years of age to soak without an adult present in the party- Parents who are soaking in a private tub can not leave underage guests alone in the pool. We do not have lifeguards and everyone's safety is very important to us. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellation Policy - If you have reserved and find that you need to cancel for any reason, we ask that you please cancel your space 24 hours in advance to your originally scheduled time. You can do so online or by contacting us at 208-392-9500. This is very helpful as we can open up the space for other customers. Please keep in mind that The Springs does have a 12 hour cancellation policy on all bodywork reservations. We do not charge your credit card at the time of booking. However, if we are not notified of any cancellations 12 hours prior to your scheduled booking, credit card charges will be incurred for the full price of the bodywork session.
Birthday parties, cakes, etc. - After being open for over 5 years and our business flourishing, we are no longer able to accommodate birthday parties, cakes, etc. This is due to the limited size of our facilities, dining yurt, etc. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Outside Food/Beverage - We do not allow any outside food or beverages. If you want to bring your own food/beverages, we do have a nice grassy area with a few picnic tables that you may utilize. If you have any baby food, please see the front desk for appropriate containers as we do not allow any glass poolside for the safety of our guests.
Hot water and Alcohol - The hot water tends to exacerbate intoxication. Our policy is to err on the side of caution when serving beer and wine to our guests, therefore, we limit all alcoholic beverages to 1 drink an hour.

Please, no large floaties or toys and no thrown objects.

Once lightning is 6-8 miles from our location, we ask all guests to exit the pool until the storm passes. If storms are ongoing for 2 hours, we will make an executive decision at that time as to whether we will remain open or not.
Last Call - Our servers announce last call for food and alcohol. We stop serving alcohol at 9:00 pm each night.
Pool Closure - If the outside temperatures exceed 100 degrees or below 10 degrees, management may make the executive decision to close based on the safety and well being of our guests and employees.
Pets - During the warmer months, we advise our guests to leave their pets at home as the temperature in a vehicle can exceed 20 degrees or more than the outside temperature. Pets can easily overheat when left in vehicles.
